Ye'yumnuts is a a sacred ancient burial site of the Cowichan People. The resources on this page include a teacher's guide and lesson plans to Cowichan People's perspectives and knowledge. The two elders that were interviewed for this teaching resource are Sti'tum'at, Ruby Peter and Sul'selumaat, Diane Modeste, who are both from Quamichan.
